Sermon Series
With a mighty hand, God delivered His people from the chains of Egypt, yet even though Israel was freed from slavery, their hearts and minds still carried the burdens of their old lives. God’s work wasn’t finished—He not only brought His people out of Egypt but also sought to remove Egypt’s grip from within them. On their journey to the Promised Land, they would learn to serve only one master: the LORD who redeemed them.
In the same way, those who have been set free by Christ are called to live in the freedom of serving Him. As we explore the second half of Exodus, we’ll walk alongside the Israelites, discovering what it means to embrace the true freedom found in serving God.
Together, we’ll see that just as they were saved to serve, so are we—set free to worship and follow the LORD who has saved us.
